Request for Rescheduling DP-600 Exam Due to Medical Emergency

Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Emmanuel Odenyire Anyira, and I participated in the Microsoft Fabric Community challenge, earning a free voucher for the DP-600 exam. My Candidate ID is MS0994282523.

I successfully completed the required modules, registered for the exam, and scheduled it for December 31, 2024. Unfortunately, due to a sudden medical emergency, I was hospitalized on December 30, 2024, and was unable to take the exam as scheduled.

I understand that the terms and conditions state that the exam voucher expiration date cannot be extended. However, given the unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, I am kindly requesting an exception or alternative solution to retake the exam. I am fully prepared to provide documentation from the hospital if required.

I am deeply committed to achieving the Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate certification and would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
