I just created an Azure 12 months free account with my personal account. But When I try to use it appears this message: "You don't have access to this" . Your sign-in was successful but you don't have permission to access this resource." all this for Miami Dade County Public Schools, organization to which I do NOT belong in any way. No other information is provided. What could it be?.

    Hi @Luis TeranYajurez

    Thank you for post!
I understand that you are unable to access the azure account, and you are getting 53003 error, and your personal account is linked to work account.
The error code 53003 has occurred because the organization set Conditional Access policies which the access has been blocked.

You have used your personal Hotmail account, but it directs to work account because your account is linked to that particular organization. if you no longer working and you can remove your email from your previous employer to do this please follow the instructions as per the document. Leave an organization once you leave the organization try to login to azure with your ID and see if the issue is fixed.

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries by responding in the comments section.

    Thanks,

    Akhilesh V.

    Hi @Luis TeranYajurez

Thank you for posting your issue on Microsoft Q&A.

I understand that you are encountering error code "53003". From your error details, I looked up your Correlation ID and can see that your access was blocked by your Conditional Access Policies.

In order to login to your tenant please make sure you complete the MFA request by clicking on account recovery information.

Consult with the business IT administrator to check for Azure Conditional Access Policies applying to you and your account, to see if any of them might be restricting access based on criteria.
