Neither SMS, nor call approve does not come to my number

Question

I want to use Azure services for testing some environments. I am trying to create Azure account and adding my number that is considered Azerbaijan country number with +994 beginning . How can I solve this problem?

As an alternate option

1. try the same from the smartphone browser.
2. check your phone number without the country code in drop down menu
   It worked for me(region Indonesia).

As an alternative, try signing up using your phone. I have seen this resolve this issue for others.
