Is there a fix for Windows 2025 Server to show CPU load of HyperV VM

As lot of people found out - there is a bug in Windows Server 2025. Even if a VM is under full load - the Hyper-V does allways shos 0% CPU. Result (seems to be) that the CPU stay in slow GHz - witch ist not what one can expect from a Server.
I verified with HPE 2 XENON Gold 512GB RAM.

    Just tested successfully not only on Windows client OS but also Windows Server 2016 and 2019 with newest patch level.
    CPU load is shown again > 0%.
