How do I reset my authenticator code

I was going to log in with my school account on Microsoft Teams, but I realised that it needed an authenticator code. Since I don’t know the number, I clicked 'Forgotten', which led me to different methods I could use, but none were successful. I would try to use my backup, but I can’t back anything up. Please, if someone can help me, that would be appreciated. Cheers!"

Hi @wallythewalrud try accessing this link and delete the sign in method with authenticator next to it and try adding authenticator back onto the list of sign in methods. Let me know how it goes https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
