Forgotten authenticator code

"I was going to log in with my school account on Microsoft Teams, but I realized that it needed an authenticator code. Since I don’t know the number, I clicked 'Forgotten', which led me to different methods I could use, but none were successful. I would try to use my backup, but I can’t back anything up. Please, if someone can help me, that would be appreciated. Cheers!"
