All laptop not able to connect Wi-Fi, popup with action needed on Wi-Fi SSID

We are using the 802.1x EAP-TLS protocol with certificate-based authentication for Wi-Fi access. On the morning when the issue occurred, none of the laptops automatically connected to Wi-Fi upon startup. Instead, users received an "Action Needed" prompt requiring manual confirmation.

After reviewing the RADIUS server and network configurations, we found no changes during that time.

We would appreciate your insights on the following:

What could have triggered the "Action Needed" prompt?

How can we prevent this prompt from appearing in the future?

    Hi Theeradet,

    Assuming you are using an internal PKI for your certificates.

    Did you check for PKI health? e.g. CRL, Delta CRL, ocsp? what are you using for RADIUS? Did you check radius logs for authentication errors rather than just changes? What events were recorded on the client side?
