How do I get the right licensing for toll-free phone numbers in Teams?

I just purchased " Microsoft Teams Phone with Pay as you go Calling" license, and I am trying to setup a US toll-free phone number for an existing auto attendant.

You have to first set up Communications Credits before you can get toll-free numbers. To learn more, see Set up Communications Credits for your organization.

There are three ways to get service numbers:

1.Use the Microsoft Teams admin center. For some countries and regions, you can get service numbers using the Microsoft Teams admin center. See Get new service numbers.

2.Port your existing numbers. You can port or transfer existing numbers from your current service provider or phone carrier. You'll need to download and fill out a Letter of Authorization (LOA) and send it back to us. This form can also be used to request new numbers. For more information, see Transfer phone numbers to Teams or Manage phone numbers for your organization.

3.Use a request form for new numbers. Sometimes you won't be able to get your new phone numbers using the Microsoft Teams admin center, or you'll need specific phone numbers or area codes. If so, you'll need to download a LOA form and send it back to us. You can also use this form to port or transfer existing numbers from your current service provider or phone carrier. For more information, see Manage phone numbers for your organization.
