Why my certificate shows as "Retired" with Active status

Hi,

I renewed my certificate "Power Platform App Maker Associate" on December 29, 2024, and passwd the test.

Can you please check why the certificate status shows as "Retired"? But the content in View certificate details displays as "Expires on: June 4, 2026"
