Can I promote MS Learn certifitcation modules on my website?

Hello,

I'm creating a business that can provide links to Microsoft learn products. Specifically certification and training modules that are provided for free.

Essentially, my website will just be a middleman between customers and your learn site. I will guide users to access your resources. I am asking to see if there will be any implications for doing this. Is there a program I can use to collaborate with you on this? I plan to drive more customers onto your website for MS Learn, so I'm curious if there is a possibility of getting this setup.
