can you see what files are installed or altered when installing new software

i cant use sky go on my windows 11 desktop i recently reinstalled using 24h2 but if i load virtualbox from virtualbox.org it starts working ok. Can you tell what the install altered. As soon as you uninstall it ivirtualbox it stops working again. There is something missing in windows?

    Thanks for your post. Please contact Sky Go support at first to see if there is any requirements or compatibility issue with Windows.

    Also, based on my research, please verify the previous application has been uninstalled successfully.

    Uninstall the Sky Go app and then go to 'C:\Users[your user name]\AppData\Roaming (ensure hidden files/folders are visible) and delete the following folders: Sky Sky Go And if it is present the Cisco and/or Synamedia folder in App\Data\LocalLow. Empty your recycle bin.

    Reboot your PC and then download and install the Sky Go app again.
