Contact them within 24 hours of your missed exam for the best chance of getting a reschedule.
Contact Pearson VUE Support Check If Reschedule Option Is Available
- Go to Pearson VUE: Microsoft Exam Dashboard
- Sign in with your Microsoft account
- Under "Scheduled Exams", check if there's a Reschedule button next to DP-600.
- If the option is available, choose a new date and time.

- Explain that you had internet connectivity issues before the exam started.
- Ask if they can allow a reschedule without additional fees due to the technical issue.
