How can i reschedule my exam because network connectivity issue on vue app?

I have scheduled my DP600 exam at 7:45pm on 6th February and I was available at 7:30 but due to internet connectivity issue I was not able to attend the test and when connection was fixed at 7:40 on VUE app it showed me to reschedule my exam how to reschedule it because any option regarding this was not there as I followed the given link?

    Usually, a "No-Show" means you forfeit the exam fee, but technical issues may qualify for an exception if reported quickly.

    Contact them within 24 hours of your missed exam for the best chance of getting a reschedule.

    Contact Pearson VUE Support Check If Reschedule Option Is Available

    1. Go to Pearson VUE: Microsoft Exam Dashboard
    2. Sign in with your Microsoft account
    3. Under "Scheduled Exams", check if there's a Reschedule button next to DP-600.
    4. If the option is available, choose a new date and time.
