Try the following steps:
- Sometimes, old login data gets stuck in your browser, causing login issues. Try clearing your cache and cookies, then restart your browser and try again.
- Open an incognito/private browsing window and attempt to log in again.
- Looks like you are using your schools SSO, you can try logging in directly at https://portal.azure.com.
- if the Above do not work, I would recommend contacting your schools IT admin, to check if there’s an authentication misconfiguration or an issue with Azure’s settings.
