Here are some additional steps you can try:
1. Check Touch Keyboard Settings:
• Open Settings (Win + I).
• Go to Personalization > Taskbar.
• Under Taskbar corner icons, ensure the Touch keyboard option is enabled.
2. Update Windows:
• Make sure your Windows 11 is up to date. Sometimes updates include fixes for such issues.
• Go to Settings > Windows Update and check for updates.
3. Run System File Checker:
• Open Windows Terminal (Admin) by right clicking the Start button.
• Run the following commands one by one:
sfc /scannow
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
• These commands will check for and repair any corrupted system files.
4. Restart Windows Explorer:
• Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
• Find Windows Explorer in the list, right-click it, and select Restart.
