learning power query

Question

Hello Forum,
practicing in the use of PQ in excel 365 I found on the net many resources by passionate professionals but few Microsoft resorces that allow a progressive and in-depth study of power query. Will I have to purchase a specific manual or are there other resources?

Just for example I would like to better understand the behavior of PIVOT and UNPIVOT in Power Query which is sometimes used to transform stacked data into a standard table like the one in this example.

There are definitely some free resources out there, but good quality, structured training material is very time consuming to produce and requires depth of knowledge of the tool. I provide heaps of free content on the web, but when it comes to structured training material, I charge for the value provided.
