Hello,

a couple of weeks ago, we received a message from our webprovider: "... we migrate selected web servers to a new architecture. Apart from the new support for IPv6, the change will impact the IPv4 addresses that your website currently runs on. ... New IP range: 37.9.175.131 - 37.9.175.133. List of domains: businessfotograf.sk, martinnovak.sk, mnovakphoto.com, volnyprezivot.sk."

From this migration, we are getting time-out error when we try to access any from above mentioned domains from 1 WIN7 PC in network. We have no issues with that domains when accessing from other devices in the same network - Win XP, Mac, mobiles.

We have tried various browsers (Firefox, Opera, Brave, Chrome, IE), cleaning cache, disable security SW, disable firewall, flash DNS, restarted and changed router, redirected DNS to Google DNS and Open DNS, contacted web provider ... everything without success.

Could anybody help us, please. Thank you.

    Hi ,

Check if you can access website directly with IP 37.9.175.133. If it still doesn't work, we need to trace network monitor to find the cause. However, analysis of network traffic is beyond our forum support level and due to forum security policy, we have no such channel to collect user log information. So we recommend you open a case with MS Professional tech support service, they will help you open a phone or email case to Microsoft, so that you would get a technical support on a one-to-one basis while ensuring private information.

    Hi ,

Can you access those websites with IP address? Can you ping websites' IP address?

The issue is only occurred on a special windows 7 or all windows 7 machines?

From the client having issue start CMD and enter nslookup. This will return you default dns server. Then type in above mentioned domains and hit Enter. Can client resolve the domain name?

Run ipconfig /all on windows 7 and Win XP machine, compare the results to see if there is any difference.

    Best Regards,

    Candy

    Hello, thank you for answer.

I do not know how to ping them with IP as they are on shared hosting.

Issue ocures on 1 Win 7 PC in network only. I have tried another Win 7 and it is working. Also run ipconfig/all and compared it and there is no difference.

When running CMD and nslookup, client resolved the domain name correctly.
