Windows 11 build 24 H2 issue with RDP, user login freezed

Hi,

Many our users have a issue with RDP under Windows 11 24 H2 version. If you try to connect per RDP to the Windows 11 machine, you see your login user and it freeze

    Hello,

    Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

    To further troubleshoot this issue, please kindly try below steps:

    1.Please kindly connect to the server via another user account and check if issue persists.

    2.Open RDP client, on the homepage, click on dropdown of section "Computer" above "User name" and delete the saved server connection to clear the connection. Manully put in the computer IP address and connect to it again.

    3.Open Event Viewer and navigate to Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > TerminalServices-RemoteConnectionManager > Operational and see if there's any error for the remote session.

    4.Press "WIN+R", enter "services.msc" to open service manager and restart "Terminal Services" and check issue persists.
