Stuck in Identity Validation
Trying to add a new identity to a Trusted Signing Account.
We received the email asking for more documentation and provided it immediately.
It's now stuck in Identity Validation for a week with a "Pending Email Verification" at the top of it.
We got the first email, but that's it. The team never triggered the second.
Last time we had to do this, we were able to submit a support ticket to get it unstuck. (I think the only way you can do identity validation is by having a support engineer reach out to that team.) As of a week ago, I can no longer submit tickets and have to post in the public forum first.
Should I post all my secure identity details here to get this process unstuck?
