Hello I have a new Android phone. MS Authenticator isn't allowing me to add some of the mailboxes that I used to be able to access through Outlook on my old (broken) Android phone.

My primary gmail address is accessible through Outlook on my phone.

Here's what happens when I try to instal additional mailboxes:

  1. I press the + sign below the G for Google Mail to start adding a mailbox.WIN_20250220_21_44_55_Pro
  2. I choose an account to add, then press Continue.WIN_20250220_21_49_11_Pro
  3. Then I get told to enter a code from Authenticator:WIN_20250220_21_55_24_Pro
  4. But this is all I see when I open Authenticator: no code and no notification.WIN_20250220_21_58_44_Pro

So I am stuck in an endless feedback loop.

My account is already disconnected from Authenticator on my old phone, by the guy who copied my apps to the new phone.

What should I do?

Confused and Frustrated.
