I'm receiving emails with S/MIME on my PEC ARUBA Account in New Outlook and I cannot read them Because of S/MIME. Two months ago It was fully working. How can I install S/MIME in New OUTLOOK? Via WEB my ARUBA PEC Account is fully working and I can read the emails.

Thank for an help.

[New Outlook: no more read attachment on PEC Account beacuse of S/MIME]

    Issue:

I'm receiving emails with S/MIME on my PEC ARUBA Account in New Outlook and I cannot read them Because of S/MIME.

    Solution:

I discovered the problem is only wit the Inbox folder. The solution is to create e TMP Folder, move the email to this folder and open it. All attachment now are visible.

HI, thank you for the welcome.

Before the issue I did nothing. Typically in the PEC emails were attached two files and one of the two was named postacert once opened was including the text and the attachments.

Now I do not see anymore these files and the message is: S/MIME is not supported in this visualization.

I'm not part of organization but I'm a private user.

Unfortunately with the new Outlook there are not commands to import a certificate like the old one.

When I bought my Hp PC I used the WIN Standard MAIL manager and I changed to New Outlook just 1 year and half ago.

I hope these addition information may help.

    Thank you
