meeting forwards from External organization are not recived.

When a meeting is created by an external organization and initial people are invited, they eventually forward the meeting to others who need to attend. issues are that even though they sent the forward know one receives it. is this something that Micorosf changed? I do see an option on old Outlook where you can send iCalendar files, and that works. New Outlook, there is no way around it. unless you reply to the organizer to add the people you need.

Thank you for the quick response. However, the issue also occurs with Classic. What I mentioned at the end is a workaround that Classic has. My real question is about the beginning of the request: “When a meeting is created by an external organization and initial people are invited, they eventually forward the meeting to others who need to attend. The issue is that even though they send the forward, no one receives it.” Apologies for the confusion.

How do you forward a meeting invitation?

Can't all users receive this meeting invitation?

Please contact the recipient to check if a rule has been set or if the message has been filtered. Suggest that the recipient add you to the safe senders list and then resend the message.

We just use the Forward button. User A, internal receives an external meeting and decides to invite someone else User B, internally. User B is not receiving the forward. We've checked spam, we've check blocked users, no rules were created or permissions changed. This is something that is happening to everyone at the office. if it's an external meeting you cannot forward it.

Based on my tests, users outside of my organization can receive meetings that I forward. Try checking whether you can forward emails properly on the web version and double-check with your administrator whether certain policies are set in your organization.

The situation is kinda backwards. The invitation comes from an external user an if I want to share it with someone won't be forward internally or externally
