My account has been locked and I can't reset the password

My outlook account is blocked, I follow the steps to reset the password but I get an error message saying there's a problem with the service and it doesn't work.
I have MFA activated with microsoft authenticator and a second email address which I have, but still can't reset my password.
What can I do? Due I have important information in my email and also have services invoiced to it like Xbox and Offce.
