When I run the Synchro 4D Pro application on my system it crashes randomly. When I reviewed dmp file on WinDbg for troubleshooting to dmp I received the below reason for failure: 
FAILURE_BUCKET_ID:  BREAKPOINT_80000003_hoops.dll!Unknown

I have updated graphics card and update system as well but application still crashing.
