Outlook email is not sending or receiving for hours

Hi,

I have three Gmail accounts. Suddenly one of my Gmail accounts has stopped sending and receiving email for hours. This started Saturday morning and then at around 4p send and receive started again and I received all the messages from the morning and any messages I sent were delivered. Then the cycle started all over again. I have four Apple products - A Macbook, an iPad, an iMac and an iPhone. This issue is not happening on my iPhone, but is consistent across the other three products. My two other gmail accounts are working fine. I have spent hours googling solutions and nothing works. Please help!

Based on your description, I know you're also having problems with gmali email reception.

I think you can contact outlook.com support based on the image below and have them help you troubleshoot if the problem is coming from the server.

Also, I think your problem can be solved by deleting the current configuration and then reconfiguring it, but I would suggest that you contact the staff at outlook.com first, deleting the current configuration may result in some missing log files.

    For better research, please provide more details about this case:

    Can your Gmail account send and receive emails on the web?

    What is your version of Outlook desktop client? Make sure to update to the latest version.

    Is there anything changing in the Outlook client when this issue occurs? For example, error prompts, stuttering, etc.
