Change Birth Date in Profile

Question

I logged into my Microsoft account because I want to change the date of birth and it won't allow me too. I can change and add everything else but the edit profile under date of birth comes up gray shaded and won't allow me to. Need your help to be able to change it since I must need your help to get this changed.
