How do I delete add-ins in Outlook New for MacOS?

Hello,

Could you tell me what steps to follow to remove add-ons in Outlook New for macOS?

I tried using the web version, but when I click on delete, it doesn't work.

If it is not possible directly from the graphical interface, is there a workaround?

Is this add-on controlled by an organization administrator?

Do you get any error messages when you delete it from the web version?

Normally, the add-in can be deleted by finding it from Tools -> Get Add-Ins or the web version

This is an Exchange Online account, which I manage from my own M365 tenant.

I don't have an error in the sense that I don't see the “Delete” option anywhere.

When I click on Tools -> Get Add-ins, it opens a web page. When I go to the page of already installed Add-Ins, it offers me the installation but not the deletion.

Based on my research, this issue may be related to a temporary bug in the backend, and the engineering team is currently working on a fix, so please be patient!

Hello

I had to use Outlook New for Windows to remove the add-ins.
This is apparently not possible via macOS.

This issue on Mac OS has still not been resolved. It's entirely frustrating.
