Does the issue occur recently on Outlook Desktop Client? Do you have any specific operation before the issue occurred?
Here are some steps you may want to take:
- OAuth Authentication Changes:
- Both Yahoo and Gmail have been enforcing OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication. If your accounts are not set up with OAuth in Outlook, you may face frequent login prompts.
- If OAuth is not an option, please go to generate app-specific passwords.
- Clear existing credentials:
- Close Outlook>Go to Control Pane>Credential Manager>Windows Credentials>Remove all credentials associated with your account>Restart Outlook
- Remove and re-add your accounts:
- Remove and re-add your Yahoo and Gmail accounts in Outlook using OAuth 2.0 to see if the issue persists
- Update Outlook:
- It is recommended that please try to upgrade to the latest version to see if the problem is resolved.
- Create a new profile:
- If all above do not work, it is proposed that you create a new profile, re-add your account to the new profile and check if the same issue still occurs.
