    Hello,

Here are some steps you can try:

    1. Enable the Netlogon Service:
      • Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
      • Type services.msc and press Enter.
      • In the Services window, locate the Netlogon service.
      • Right-click on it and select Properties.
      • Set the Startup type to Automatic and click Start if the service is not running.
      • Click Apply and then OK.
    2. Update Network Drivers:
      • Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
      • Expand the Network adapters section.
      • Right-click on your network adapter and select Update driver.
      • Follow the prompts to search for and install any available updates.
    3. Check for Windows Updates:
      • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
      • Click Check for updates and install any available updates.
    4. Clear DNS Cache:
      • Open Command Prompt as an administrator (right-click the Start button and select Command Prompt (Admin)).
      • Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.

    Have a nice day.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian
