1.Do you have sign in option? If no or the setting is greyed out, you can try the registry setting to enable sign in option.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PolicyManager\default\Settings\AllowSignInOptions value DWORD
0 = Disable
1 = Enable
2.If you only have one option like Password below, you can check if you Turn on convenience PIN sign-in.
Group policy: Computer>Administrative Templates>System>Logon>Turn on convenience PIN sign-in
Or the registry of windows hello(Convenience pin) is: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System] "AllowDomainPINLogon"=dword:00000001
