Last night our function app was unable to connect to SQL from 11:15pm - 6:30am EST. Nothing was changed in the app, it has been running successfully for more than a month before encountering this. We have another SQL database on the same server and it was not affected at all. Does this indicate an Azure outage happened during this time?
The exceptions are
System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. (Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached.)
---> System.InvalidOperationException: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached.
