I've been struggling for almost a week, before my laptop had a problem with wifi, it works really fine, then I shut it down, after that day, when I open my laptop, I saw that it's not connected in Wifi, then when I tried to toggle it on, it immediately goes back. Then it becomes gray with label of not available. I can't open my wifi and I tried everything, including reset network, update drive, delete drive, etc. so frustrating.

Hello, I had this problem with some users in company, as we are responsible to fix the issues for them I tried many different ways, but the problem was that for each one solution was different, for example I removed wifi from device manager and install again that lead to be fixed, for other running windows update fixed the problem but for 2 users totally reinstall other version of win 11 fixed the problem, in my sight you can first remove the wifi card and then run win update to automatically install it and restart the laptop, then if not working using some tools of online third party drivers collection like driver pack solution online, if any of these not fixed installing another verion of win 11

    Hello,

Here are some steps you can try:

    1. Run Network Troubleshooter: Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Network and Internet. This can automatically detect and fix many network issues.
    2. Run a clean boot to see if the problem can be resolved. This will help determine if any third-party software is interfering with your Wi-Fi connection.

    1. Your laptop's Wi-Fi card may have a hardware failure. In this case, we recommend you contact the device manufacturer for further assistance.

    Have a nice day.

    Best Regards,
