What is the "Windows 10 Upgrade Tool" and where can I download it and find docs

These Feature Updates are becoming quite annoying. I am a MSP. All my clients are running Windows 10. Automated Feature Updates are always a problem. Here is the latest script:

Download the file https://download.microsoft.com/download/3/d/c/3dcc9642-d3a0-459c-86fd-128f5a0c3cc5/Windows10Upgrade9252.exe and save it in the C:\Temp folder as Upgrade.exe

Ten update.exe /quietinstall /skipeula /auto upgrade /copylogs c:\Temp

This works but has one very, very annoying problem. It reboots without warning. So no what my customers are in the middle of doing BAM it reboots. Obviously that is not acceptable. So the questions abound:

1) What is this file? (how do you know where to download it and what it does)

2) Where is the documentation on running it? (i.e command line parameters to keep it from rebooting)

Windows 10 Setup
Windows 10 Setup

    Hi
The file you're referring is Windows 10 Assistant, The Windows 10 Update Assistant downloads and installs feature updates on your device. You’ll get feature updates automatically after you download the Update Assistant.
    Reference: Windows 10 Update Assistant
Or you could get this file by clicking the Update Now button in this link:
    Download Windows 10
Windows 10 Update Assistant automatically completes all the updating process, including reboot. This tool is often used when updates weren't pushed to PCs.
You could set active hour in Settings> Update & security and let Windows 10 update automatically.

    Best regards.

Thanks Gents but neither really answered the questions. Where is the documentation on where to download it and what are the command line options? Surely that has to be documented somewhere......

We use this which doesn't reboot their computers: /NoReboot /NoRestartUI /NoRestart
