MDT Can't capture a Win11 24H2 reference image

I'm having an issue that seems to be isolated to Win 11 24H2 version. re-tested 23H2 and it captures normally. But when I do a clean install of win11 iso 24h2, put in audit mode, add apps that's needed

(side note: I have do have to update a regedit setup / state file below but that is normal and I'm able to capture past reference images).

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup\State] Update to "ImageState"="IMAGE_STATE_GENERALIZE_RESEAL_TO_OOBE".

When I Do the same thing for Win11_24h2, I get prompted for server credentials (with letters in red that the folder does not have permission) also (I don't get prompted for any creds for win 11 23H2). I put in the server admin creds and it continues as normal.

Within a minute of the sys prep and capture task, I get this pop up below (Like it losing connection or something). Sys prep looks to complete and reboots to the capture stage (normally MDT wizard starts and the .wim capture continues to completion but for 24H2 the MDT wizards starts with the boot file option selection. I tried to select the boot file but it errors out and im back at square 1. Hope this gives some additional insight as to what's happening and can help provide resolution. I recently learned that Win11 24h2 no longer supports "wmic" and that may be the issue?
