Go to the Azure Portal. Navigate to Azure Active Directory
Find the Universal Print Connector Enterprise Application
In the Azure AD pane, navigate to Enterprise Applications.
Search for the Universal Print Connector application. It may appear as Universal Print Connector or a similar name.
Select the application to open its overview page.
1、Delete the Enterprise Application
On the overview page of the Universal Print Connector application, click on Delete at the top of the page.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
2、Remove the Service Principal
If the Universal Print Connector created a service principal, you may need to remove it separately.
In Azure AD, navigate to App registrations.
Search for the Universal Print Connector service principal and delete it if it exists.
3、Clean Up Printer Configurations (Optional)
If the Universal Print Connector was managing printers, you may need to clean up any related configurations in your tenant.
Navigate to the Universal Print section in the Azure Portal (search for “Universal Print” in the top search bar).
Remove any printers or configurations associated with the deleted connector.
4、Verify Removal
After deletion, verify that the Universal Print Connector no longer appears in Azure AD or the Universal Print section of the Azure Portal.
