Please check the status of your add-in is enabled first, you may take the following steps:

(Note: Part of the article mentions modifying the registry, please be cautious about doing so. Serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before making changes, back up the registry to restore it in case something goes wrong.)
In addition, as a workaround, it is suggested please reset the Teams install under Settings. This is as the Teams add-in may be not shown as installed under Settings> Apps. The reset triggers the add-in to be reinstalled.
