Trying to make an API call to Azure Open AI. Can't make a single call without getting this message. I'm not making frequent calls, so I can't be rate limited. I'm subscribed as Pay As You go and have Founders credits.

- Upgrading your subscription alone may resolve the issue. To ensure that your setup works correctly, you need to generate a completely new API key after upgrading to the Pay-As-You-Go plan.
- Once created a new API key following my upgrade, everything worked smoothly, and I was able to make successful API calls.
