Good evening. After updating Windows (24h2), I can't add my new Xerox printer by IP. I click on add printer manually, enter the IP address and it never finds the printer. The command line responds to ping(ping 192.168.1.225 -t). I can access the printer dashboard via browser. This is only happening after the update. Can you help me please?
