I have a shared mailbox and often times we send e-mails to large group of people. When we do so, shared mailbox receives hundreds of Auto reply from users who are out of the office. Is there a way to stop receiving these auto replies on shared mailbox?

You can try to create a mail flow rule that if recepient is 'select shared mailbox' and if messages containing the "automatic reply" message type and then rejects/delete them (optionally with an explanation) For creating mail flow rule, please refer https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/security-and-compliance/mail-flow-rules/mail-flow-rules
