Is it okay to delete expired SSL certificates related to Remote Desktop Services?

We are getting constant warnings in the Event Log on one of our Azure Windows Servers. After some research it appears to be related to certificates for Remote Desktop Services from Azure. The certificates are issued by "MS-organization-P2P-Access" and are expired. I just need to know if it's okay to delete these certificates from the MMC. Thanks!
