Creat AAD Tenant automatically

Hi,
I'm SRE at WiCD and would like to know if there is a way to create AAD tenants automatically?
We try to automate the process of creating prod-alike test tenants for new forests/datacenters.

I have reviewed the question and I understand that you would like to know if we can automatically create the AAD tenants. however, I am afraid, that we cannot created the Azure AD tenants automatically/ programmatically and this is by design behavior.
