    I understand that you are encountering an issue with work account and want to add Global Admin to work account regarding CSP Purchase.

    You can also assign this role to users from Azure portal. Follow the below steps to add Global Admin role:

    1. Select the user for whom you want to add Global Admin.
    2. Navigate to Assigned role and select Global Administrator role.
    3. Select the Assignment type as "Active".
    4. Then assign the Global Admin role to the user.
