Hello Azure Team,

I recently received a new VISA card from my bank and successfully enabled international transactions. I used this same card for other international payments, and everything worked fine.

When I tried to use this card to sign up for Azure and activate my $1000 credit, I kept getting an error message saying, “Something went wrong. We are investigating.” (Please see the attached screenshot for reference.)

I visited my bank and showed them this issue. They confirmed that the card is active, international transactions are enabled, and there are no issues from their side.

Despite trying 10–12 times, I am still getting the same error. I believe this might be a glitch on Azure's end.

This situation is causing a delay in my work. I have a game-changing innovation in progress, and I was very excited to start building with Azure using the $1000 credit. But I am unable to proceed, and it's wasting my precious time.

I sincerely request your help and support. Please help me resolve this issue so I can quickly log in and continue my project.

Thank you so much in advance.

Warm regards, Sumit Patil
