HTTP POST action from MS-teams to Logic App using Adaptive card

Hi ,

I'm looking for solution where I can POST Output submitted to Adaptive cards directly to webhook along with JSON payload pointing to Logic App/Function App. Is it supported ?

@Sumit - Webhooks have been deprecated in Microsoft Teams. However, you can achieve similar functionality using Power Automate. Power Automate allows you to create workflows that can handle the submission of Adaptive Cards and post the data to a Logic App or Function App.
