Why it tells me that I do not have permission to access Issue Reporting when I actually do, and I can even access Manage Issues.

Hello, good day.

I was wondering if you had any idea why this image appears saying that I don’t have permission to access an application for which I do have permission.

I have tried accessing it from the web, from the desktop application, from another browser that isn’t Bing, checking the permissions, and so on.

I would appreciate it if anyone has any idea why this is happening.
