How to adjust Teams Calendar default view

Update: believe this is the "now-line" that I am trying to modify the properties of. I don't mind the now-line showing, just that it pushes my calendar so that only events at or after the line are at the top, thus making me have to scroll back up to see previous events. Would like the view to just always show 8-5 period, now-line could be there but not affect the view.

Not even sure how to explain this, but when viewing my Teams Calendar, but only for the current week, the view pushes the calendar so that the top row syncs to my current time. For previous and future weeks, the top row starts at 8am. Example, if I view the calendar at 10am local time the view is scrolled so that I can't see any events on the calendar prior to 10am unless I scroll back up the calendar.

How can I set it to always just start at 8am regardless of the current time (so I don't have to scroll to see the full day in the view)?

I'm afraid there is no setting for that (I also find this experience quite annoying). Best thing you can do is to post a suggestion over at the Feedback portal, and hope that enough people vote for it for Microsoft to consider adding an option to control it. As the new Calendar experience "borrows" from Outlook, I believe it's best to post under the Outlook forum: https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/forum/89a8afa3-2e1c-ec11-b6e7-0022481f8472

Just in case, here's also the Teams one: https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/forum/ad198462-1c1c-ec11-b6e7-0022481f8472
