I used whiteboard for a brainstorming session with 50+ people. Someone, over the weekend, deleted it and now I cannot access the sticky notes that everyone wrote. version history only restores who was in whiteboard at the time, but content isn't restored

  • I used whiteboard for brainstorming session with 50+ people. We wrote down ideas on sticky notes.
  • Then when I entered it a few days later, someone had deleted all of the ideas
  • Now all that is left is a long text box of the brainstorming intructions.
  • Tried Right-clicking on whiteboard > version control > selected previous versions > would download but not be able to open unless I save it in One Drive > when I open it the only part that is from "previous version" is the people in the whiteboard space during that time. The whiteboard is still just a zoomed out space with the long text box.

Tried restoring one drive to the date of the meeting and opening again. Did not work!
