Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do
Click "Change settings that are currently unavailable"
Uncheck "Turn on fast startup"
Click Save changes and reboot

After a recent Windows update, my laptop keyboard intermittently becomes unresponsive while I'm working. The only way to restore functionality is by restarting the system. This issue had occurred previously as well, and reinstalling Windows had resolved it temporarily. However, the problem has reappeared after 2-3 months. What could be causing this, and how can I fix it permanently?

Uncheck "Turn on fast startup"
Click Save changes and reboot
Uninstall and reinstall Keyboard driver.
Open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
Try perform the Clean Boot, have a look at:
And see if the problem persists?
If not, enable services one by one to see which one caused this issue.
