I am encountering an error when trying to run a process involving the Azure SDK for Python. The system returns the following error message: Please fix this issue.
The process cannot access the file 'C:\userenv\Lib\site-packages\azure\core\rest_init_.py' because it is being used by another process.

I have Python script Runbooks running every hour on my Azure Automation account. This problem started recently.

As the initial looks like the error which you have received because
The file init_.py is wrong — it should be init.py. This likely came from a corrupted or bad installation of the Azure SDK.
C:\userenv\Lib\site-packages\azure\core\rest\ __init__.py
Another instance of your runbook or script still running
Antivirus software scanning the Python files
An IDE like VS Code or PyCharm auto-indexing or linting
A Windows background process, backup tool, or even Windows Defender
Azure Automation Hybrid Worker starting multiple overlapping jobs every hour
Avoid running Python scripts against the global C:\userenv\Lib environment. Instead:
python -m venv myenv
myenv\Scripts\activate
pip install azure-core ...
Please let me know how it goes.
but in 10 jobs one job get failed. others are working.

As discussed, we have identified that certain runbooks are failing intermittently. Upon investigation, we found that some of the Python packages in use are older versions, which may be contributing to the issue.
We are currently engaging with the backend team to investigate this further. We will keep you informed as we make progress and share any findings or required actions.
This morning, an issue was discovered affecting Python 3.8 runbooks that attempt to import Azure packages. To address this, a new deployment is being rolled out across all regions to resolve the problem,
