Hi Support,
I am not able to login to Azure with Microsoft account when i try to login i get the following error.
"Your account has been locked contact your support person to unlock it then try again"
I have searched on the internet there are some solution saying ask you administrator to reset password.
This account is my personal Microsoft account and there is no global administrator. I have tried resetting the password but this did not help.
Please help me tp recover my account.

Hi Akpesiri
No i don't have permission to a specific azure ad tenant. I use this account to activate sandbox and for learning purpose.
The issue is not with azure tenant it's with my Microsoft account and it is locked. I need to unblock it.
Remember this is a individual Microsoft account not a work or school where there is a admin that can reset user.

Based on your description, it appears that you are unable to log into the Azure Portal due to an incomplete MFA process. Since the device registered for second-factor authentication are not getting any MFA prompts, you are unable to complete the authentication.
In such scenarios, another Global Administrator can help to re-register MFA on a new mobile device. However, since you mentioned that you are the only Global Admin in the tenant, this qualifies as a tenant lockout scenario. To resolve this, we need to engage the Data Protection team via a support ticket to unblock your access.

They were asking to reach some other team for this
