Microsoft account locked

Hi Support,

I am not able to login to Azure with Microsoft account when i try to login i get the following error.

"Your account has been locked contact your support person to unlock it then try again"

I have searched on the internet there are some solution saying ask you administrator to reset password.

This account is my personal Microsoft account and there is no global administrator. I have tried resetting the password but this did not help.

Please help me tp recover my account.

I attached the screenshot of the issue.

    The issue relates to a tenant lockout situation where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary admin rights to re-register MFA.
