For this we need to reach out to support request, they will help you in resolving this issue very quickly.
For this you need to raise a support request as billing/Subscription related issues are free of cost can be raised for any subscription
Go to the Portal and search for "Cost Management + Billing." Click on "New Support request." Describe your issue as "billing," as shown below then click "Next" and choose your subscription.
Come all the way down and select "Contact support" and "create a support request".
Provide the required details as shown below.
After clicking the "Next" button, click on "Return to support request" on the second page
Fill in the remaining details and create a new request.
Note: Once you have created the ticket, please provide me the ticket number in private message so that i can track it for closure
